Aaron Eitan Meyer served as research director of The Lawfare Project, director of research for the Children’s Rights Institute, legal correspondent for the Terror Finance Blog, and is on the advisory board for the digital advocacy group, Act for Israel. He received his B.A. from New School University, and his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Lawyers, Guns and Money

This book explains one of the more esoteric of the operational arts, which is legal subversion. Originally authored as a contextual legal resource, the book picks up speed using illustrative chapters later in the book to drive home the reality of this phenomenon. The contemporary sampling of threats is substantial and always grounded in American Constitutional principles. Those looking for rhetorical Islam bashing will not find it here. Instead, readers will find a thoughtful book, which has been organized to maximize its utility for Legislators, Policy Makers and Intelligence Professionals working in the National Security domain.

Meticulously researched and cited, Lawfare serves as a rich resource for attorneys and a usable guide for journalists and free speech proponents. It is recommended reading for Americans and our allies in democracy and human rights, to bring the world up to speed on this component of the virulent threat facing our way of life.
I don't believe anyone, except our enemies will be disappointed by reading this book.
