It works, just let it to the job

I am glad that this process exists, and that the author and creator of it was kind enough to put it into words in this book. I didn't really go into it with expectations, but it blasted me out of the water, and certainly blew my mind by what it helped me accomplish.
It may have been just the idea that to heal one needs to get to the first occurrence of the issue, which was scary (without going into ugly details!) Whatever it was, it helped me write my way to those moments (I'm naturally a writer, but used the concept that the diaphragm holds the pain, and breathed through it to get better.) Anyway, it did take a bit to get through the collateral emotional bubbling that followed seeing and acknowledging the offending first occurrence of the type of pain I was trying to release. ... It works, and it's neat.
